Anglia Ruskin University International Students 2017-18
How to apply – steps for EU students
We’re delighted that you want to study with us. We understand that choosing a university and deciding whether to apply is a hard decision. However, you’re not alone, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find all the main steps you need to take to apply: from choosing your course and submitting your application, to what happens next.
Applying with us is a fairly straightforward process. Here are the four basic steps you need to follow to apply to your course of choice.
Step 1 – Choose your course
If you’ve already chosen your course then congratulations, you’ve already completed the hardest step in your application process!
Not sure yet? Then you may want to browse our course pages:
- Undergraduate courses
- Postgraduate taught courses
- Postgraduate research courses
Make sure that before submitting your application you understand your chosen course entry requirements (academic and English language requirements). If you have any questions at this stage, do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org – we’re here to help!
Step 2 – Submit your application form
Step 3 – Check your email regularly
If you have applied through UCAS, you can check the progress of your application via UCAS TRACK. We will also email you directly. Your offer may be made conditional on achieving certain grades, providing evidence of English language ability and we may also specify a subject requirement (with or without achievement of a specific grade). For some courses we also require Occupational Health and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, a satisfactory e-portfolio, work experience or a variety of other requirements.
We may come back to you and ask to provide more supporting documents. Therefore, it’s very important that the contact details on your application form are correct and up to date and that you check your email regularly for correspondence back from us.
Please bear in mind that some applications will need to be referred to faculties and to be checked by the course leaders, or have interview or portfolio requirements which mean that offers cannot be made straight away.
During this process, if you wish to get in touch with us about anything, feel free to use the following details:
Phone: +44 (0) 1245 68 68 68
If you applied through an in-country representative, please contact them directly for any updates on your application. For a trusted list of our partners and representatives, please visit our information by country pages.
Step 4 – Receive our decision on your application
If you have applied through UCAS, they will notify you of an offer from Anglia Ruskin via UCAS TRACK.
If you applied to us direct you will receive our decision via our Applicant Portal.
We will also email you directly with the details.
