The best way to experience Alabama A&M University is to visit “the Hill”. Quietly nestled in the foothills of the Appalachians, on 2000 rolling acres, the AAMU campus offers a breathtaking world of opportunity to grow intellectually and personally. From the traditional hilltop class buildings to the new gymnasium and living/learning centers, you’ll find an atmosphere that will make you feel as if you’ve come home.

Campus tours are scheduled through the Office of Admissions. Tours are tailored to specific academic interests and they are informative and fun. Unfortunately, we cannot schedule appointments for the athletic or academic departments.  Many tours are often scheduled during campus and community events offering more productive and enjoyable visits.  Our campus is expansive with beautiful hills.  This is a walking tour therefore we recommend that you dress in comfortable clothing and footwear for your visit. If scheduling is available your tour will be confirmed via email. In the event we are completely booked, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date. Please check your junk or spam mailboxes as our emails may appear in these boxes.

*Please allow 48-72 hours for confirmation. If entered on a weekend, your request will be confirmed 48-72 hours from the next business day. Thank you!
